GHP fully supports use of its products under guidance of the customer’s medical provider; any diagnosis or treatment should be verified through them.  Use of GHP products while not under a medical provider is the choice of the customer and indemnifies GHP of any repercussions related to this.  Misuse of the products sold through GHP which produces side-effects indemnifies and holds harmless GHP.  Misuse includes by is not limited to consuming products outside of the guidelines specified in the packaging which result in: headaches, upset stomach, body aches, etc.  While homeopathic in origin, it is not suggested or recommended that any GHP product be consumed at the same time as another GHP product, prescribed or OTC medicines, or other supplements without medical guidance or recommendation.  The latter is also considered ‘misuse’.  Other misuse parameters include using products on children to ‘make them’ into NBA or other sports players or models.

No product is allowed for re-sale or distribution on their site without the written consent of GHP.  There is an affiliate program which will allows marketing of GHP products, but that is all.
